Pierro's outstanding daughter Arcadia Queen is heading
east to join the powerful Chris Waller stable as she chases further Group I
success this spring.
The WA star's owner breeder Bob Peters told WA's TAB Radio Sports Daily program
that the Group I-winning filly is heading to Sydney for her spring targets
rather than Melbourne.
"I decided to look for someone with an Everest slot," Peters told the
show.
"I have not thought about the Cox Plate at this stage."
Chris Waller Racing is one of the 12 The Everest slot holders and is yet to
announce its runner.
Peters also indicated the inaugural $7.5 million Golden Eagle (1500m) at
Rosehill, a four-year-old set weights race will be one of the targets for Arcadia
Queen, who has won from 1200 to 1800 metres in winning five of her six starts
to date.
