The Peter and Paul Snowden trained filly enjoyed being allowed to run and held off the late challenge of favourite Private Thoughts to win the 1000 metre dash by a short neck in a brisk 57.11 seconds.

A $260,000 Magic Millions purchase for Snowden Racing from the Newgate Farm draft, Yitai Synergy was a successful pinhook having been sourced by Prima Park from the Magic Millions National Weanling Sale draft of Caithness Breeding for $135,000.

Raced by China Horse Club and Yitai Racing, Yitai Synergy is the second winner for Longing, a Lonhro daughter of Group III winner Hinting. Longing produced another colt by Dissident last spring.

A four time winner of over $115,000 in prizemoney, Yitai Synergy is another smart winner for Dissident, whose yearlings sold for up to $170,000 at the Magic Millions Yearling Sale last week.
