Newgate Opens Consignment and Launches Buyers Passports

Tara Madgwick - Sunday April 21
At the Inglis Chairman's Sale on May 3, Newgate Farm will offer a stunning selection of mares including Group I winner Aloisia and dual Group III winner Pecans.

"Race fillies and mares off the track is a segment of the market that we believe deserves our focus and attention. They provide a blank canvas for breeders to start with, and we feel that our detailed information on form, physique and pedigree can greatly assist in shaping their successful futures as broodmares.

"In particular for racing and breeding prospects, our form analysis provides some strategy and accurate insight into their prize money earning potential post sale. Our hope is that our Elite Sales USA inspired passports help buyers have greater racing and breeding enjoyment with their Newgate Consignment purchases," said Bruce Slade, Newgate Farm General Manager.

"With this segment too, we have decided to open our doors and source race fillies and mares off the track to join our newly named Newgate Consignment. Where previously we would only sell for private, on farm clients, we have decided to target outside race fillies and mares to grow and strengthen our presence in this segment for both the Inglis Chairman's and MM breeding stock sale."
