Race 1 summary - LADY I AM resumes for a new stable. She wasn't far away at Gosford on debut, that reads well for a race like this. PLAY NOW will have come on from her debut run at Newcastle. This is easier and the blinkers go on. ZIPTIMUS resumes here after being gelded. He has placed in both fresh attempts and was runner up in a recent trial. Watch on MISS VICTA. She resumes here with the blinkers on after trialling well recently.
Race 1 tips - 1st: LADY I AM (7), 2nd: PLAY NOW (10), 3rd: ZIOPTIMUS (6), 4th: MISS VICTA (9).

Race 2 summary - TEXAS TYCOON bolted in a Scone before battled on after covering ground at Hawkesbury last start. BLUEMOON DREAM is closing in on a win after placing in both runs this time in, the latest this track/dist. SAPAE resumes after three recent trials. He was very consistent last preparation. QUITE FRANKLY for the wider exotics.
Race 2 tips - 1st: TEXAS TYCOON (2), 2nd: BLUEMOON DREAM (7), 3rd: SEPAE (1), 4th: QUITE FRANKLY (9).

Race 3 summary - MAJESTIC PEDRILLE tried hard after covering ground at Scone first up. Strips fitter and out to the 1250m suits. LADY CHICAGO wasn't suited at Port Macquarie last start. She was runner up at Newcastle prior DARK ELIXIR is a very consistent mare. She looks right in this from the good draw. ON MY TERMS has placed two from three this preparation, including latest this track/dist.
Race 3 tips - 1st: MAJESTIC PEDRILLE (1), 2nd: LADY CHICAGO (3), 3rd: DARK ELIXIR (5), 4th: ON MY TERMS (2).

Race 4 summary - LOZZA hasn't been far away at the provincials in three runs back from a spell. This is easier and the blinkers go on. MAGIC ARLI looks better suited back in this grade after competing in Highway races in town in her past two starts. RASTAFARIAN led all the way here last start. Stays at the same weight but the 1300m is as far as he wants. STOP THE FIGHT next best.
Race 4 tips - 1st: LOZZA (3), 2nd: MAGIC ARLI (4), 3rd: RASTAFARIAN (1), 4th: STOP THE FIGHT (5).

Race 5 summary - HARD MERCHANDISE showed good natural progression when runner up when having his second start. He was 1000-1300m that day so has scope for further improvement. WALLAMAN was runner up here on debut. He will have come on from that run and has since trialled. NIC AND RUN has placed in all three runs this time in. He looks ready for the 1400m now. SMOKEY ORA peaks for this after placing here in his latest run.
Race 5 tips - 1st: HARD MERCHANDISE (1), 2nd: WALLAMAN (3), 3rd: NIC AND RUN (2), 4th: SMOKEY ORA (4).

Race 6 summary - CAPTAIN SCOTT gets his chance here after placing in both runs this time in. Peaks for this and will appreciate the step up to the mile. THE IRON MAIDEN is rarely far away. She comes into this on the back of placing's at Gosford and Muswellbrook in her past two starts. SHARAPELLI won two in a row before finishing close up in his past two starts. TOAST is racing well for his new trainer. He was placed at Newcastle last start, just needs luck from the draw.
Race 6 tips - 1st: CAPTAIN SCOTT (1), 2nd: THE IRON MAIDEN (8), 3rd: SHRAPELLI (6), 4th: TOAST (9).

Race 7 summary - ADMIRAL JELLO is a very consistent gelding. He was runner up at Randwick last start. Peaks here after two runs back from a spell and out to the 2000m is ideal. GOLD AMBITION disappointed at Rosehill last Saturday. He is much better than that and can bounce back. OLYMPIC ACADEMY will appreciate the drop back in grade and the step up to the 2000m. SOFIN the other main chance.
Race 7 tips - 1st: ADMIRAL JELLO (2), 2nd: GOLD AMBITION (4), 3rd: OLYMPIC ACADEMY (1), 4th: SOFIN (3).

Race 8 summary - ICE BUCKET looks well placed back in this grade. He was very unlucky in the Kirby at Grafton last start. The one to beat. ARISE AUGUSTUS was impressive winning over an unsuitable distance at Coffs Harbour when resuming. He can only be further improved here. JOHNNY ROO BOY won two in a row (including the Kirby) before finishing close up at Randwick last start. Right in this from the good draw. ASPIRING was runner up behind ARISE AUGUSTUS last start nest best.
Race 8 tips - 1st: ICE BUCKET (1), 2nd: ARISE AUGUSTUS (3), 3rd: JOHNNY ROO BOY (6), 4th: ASPIRING (7).
