$2million Inglis Millennium Field and Barrier Draw

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday February 5
An impressive debut winner at Randwick on Australia Day, Dawn Approach (IRE) colt Dawn Passage was the big winner at Tuesday's barrier draw for the inaugural $2million Inglis Millennium (1200m).

All roads lead to Warwick Farm on Saturday for the $2million Inglis MillenniumThe barrier draw function was held in the sales arena at Inglis' Riverside complex after 15 acceptors were confirmed for the rich juvenile dash.

A $150,000 Inglis Premier purchase from the Mill Park draft, the Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott trained Dawn Passage, was a $3 favourite on Monday and is sure to hold down top-billing after drawing barrier seven.

Early second favourite Accession had no luck and drew poorly in 14, while spring stakes-winner Espaaniyah, who was unplaced as favourite behind Dawn Passage last start, came up with the gate six.

Tuesday's function also unveiled the Inglis Millennium trophy which is a replica of the bronze statue that stands outside the front entrance to the Riverside hotel.

Below is the final field and barrier draw for the 2019 Inglis Millennium.
