Fourth Winner for Better Than Ready

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday November 27
Lyndhurst Stud's Better Than Ready added a fourth winner to his tally on Tuesday with a smart Rockhampton victory for Lepreezy.

Better Than Ready Trained on the track by Angela Stephens, Lepreezy improved on her debut fourth at the same venire earlier this month to lead all the way and stride to win the 1050 metre maiden by the best part of a length.

A $30,000 Magic Millions Gold Coast March Yearling Sale purchase from the Yarramalong Park Stud draft for part-owner Mary McKenzie, Lepreezy is the sixth winner from Licensed to Chill, a winning Choisir daughter of stakes-winner The Big Chill.

Lepreezy is the fourth winner for Better Than Ready, who is Australia's leading first season sire by winners and stands at Lyndhurst Stud at a fee of $9,900.
