Race 3 summary - REEF KNOT will find this much easier than her difficult run in Brisbane last time and she's the clear top pick. MIA MAGIC should get a softer run here after she raced wide last time and she's an each-way chance as is NAUGHTY CORNER, who steps up to this distance after a couple of good runs over shorter trips. WALK OF SHAME should have finished closer when resuming and should be improved for this. MIA MAGIC next best.
Race 3 tips - 1st: REEF KNOT (3), 2nd: MIA MAGIC (8), 3rd: NAUGHTY CORNER (11), 4th: WALK OF SHAME (14).

WHODUNNIT is likely to race further back from the draw but she's also one of the chances here along with MAJOR BROWN and SINGLE IMAGE.

BROWN LINES can improve back at this circuit.

Race 6 summary - Staying around the top of the weights looking for the winner here and going with HOPE ISLAND to go one better than his last-start second placing in this. A NEW SOUND raced wide and stuck on well when resuming and should only be better for that outing. Race 7 summary - GRESELIN drops back in grade after not having much luck last time out and can improve. BONNE CHEVAL raced wide and was too strong first-up and should be considered an each-way chance here. JOBIWOOD improves quickly from his first-up to second-up runs and will be competitive here. OLTRE FINITO can be thereabouts at his first run for the stable.
Race 7 tips - 1st: GRESELIN (6), 2nd: BONNE CHEVAL (2), 3rd: JOBIWOOD (3), 4th: OLTRE FINITO (1).

Race 8 summary - Tough finish to the Lismore card with plenty of chances here but going with DEVIL'S FIRE from the inside draw after his honest on-pace effort at the Gold Coast. KINCAPLE CHIEF goes into this on the fresh side but his effort at Grafton last time out was solid and he'll be running on late. SHOW DAY is another that can press forward and be in the thick of the action late. PRINCE OF THE TURF was an easy winner in BM60 company last time but will be competitive at this level. ENDLESS PUZZLE and LITTLE WEALTH are also winning chances.
Race 8 tips - 1st: DEVIL'S FIRE (5), 2nd: KINCAPLE CHIEF (6), 3rd: SHOW DAY (1), 4th: PRINCE OF THE TURF (3).
