ILovethissuccess

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday October 9
Two serious Group I spring classic contenders for this value Victorian sire have made him a highly desirable option for budget conscious breeders seeking an outcross sire that works.

El Dorado DreamingWinner of the Group I ATC Randwick Guineas, Magic Albert's high class son Ilovethiscity has had only limited opportunity since retiring to stud, but his three small crops to race have achieved outstanding success with 33 winners from 56 runners giving him 58% winners to runners.

Even better is the fact 10 of those winners are metropolitan winners and three of them are stakes horses headed by his outstanding filly El Dorado Dreaming who defeated star filly Oohood to win the Group I ATC Sires Produce Stakes last season at two and also finished third in the Group I ATC Champagne Stakes.

Now with Kris Lees, El Dorado Dreaming was a fast closing third in the Group III MRC Thousand Guineas Prelude at her first run back from a spell and has drawn gate seven in the Group I MRC Thousand Guineas this weekend at Caulfield.

Already a winner of over $770,000 in prizemoney, El Dorado Dreaming is from a daughter of champion sire Zabeel, so is also well fancied to win the Group I VRC Oaks.

El Dorado Dreaming is not the only classic contender for Ilovethiscity this spring with the Darren Weir trained colt Savoie also emerging as a highly promising three year-old.

He won the $60,000 Victoria Derby Trial at Flemington last month by four lengths and then led everywhere but at the post last start when a brave third in the Listed VRC UCI Stakes to his stablemate Extra Brut.

IlovethiscitySavoie is entered for the Group I Victoria Derby and has the pedigree to get there being from a daughter of Street Cry (IRE) from the family of AJC Derby winner Battle Sign.

Ilovethiscity has been strongly supported this season at Noor Elaine Farm and will serve his strongest book of mares. Some highlights of his book include Solanas, the dam of El Dorado Dreaming and Group 1 placed Cincinnati Gal.

A great value sire given his now proven record to get a serious Group I horse, Ilovethiscity is a an appealing outcross for Danehill line mares.

Ilovethiscity stands at Noor Elaine Farm in Euroa at a value fee of $4,400 (Including GST). All enquiries can be directed to Mark Calwell on 0417 547 394.
