The Juvenile season is hotting up and there were six heats for two-year-olds at Flemington last Thursday.
Lindsay Park Racing is enjoying a good start to the season with its two-year-olds and had its usual busy morning with Alshahhad and Paper Plane showing promise.
Thursday's heats were on the steeple grass, starting from the 800m and riders reporting the ground in the good(4) range.
Racenet has highlighted three two-year-olds it might pay punters to follow in coming weeks.

QUEEN'S AUTHORITY (2f Dream Ahead (USA) x Amy's Glen)
Unraced filly by Dream Ahead and trained by Levi Kavanagh. Broke smartly and quickly settled on the lead in heat four, clear after 400m. Joined by the Lindsay Park Racing Burning The Clock off the bend and through the line still on the bridle in 47.13 seconds, Burning The Clock ridden along and the first two clear.

PAPER PLANE (2f Fastnet Rock x Luminous Eyes (IRE)
Unraced filly by Fastnet Rock, trained by Lindsay Park Racing. Blinkered and broke well and settled on the lead in heat 10 with theJames Cummings-trained Encryption on her outside. Travelling smoothly off the bend and through the line without any pressure a nose in front of Encryption in 49.19 seconds. The time was slow but Encryption is a smart colt and Paper Plane looks open to further improvement so the style more important than the time.

ALSHAHHAD (2c All Too Hard x Poppet's Treasure)
Colt by All Too Hard and trained by Lindsay Park Racing. Raced with a nose roll and settled towards the rear in Heat 12. Travelling sweetly to the turn before being allowed to come through between horses late, third to stablemates Concor Bridge and Notation, beaten two lengths. Powered through the line without any urging in 48.62 seconds and in front under his own steam after another 100m. Showed good ability at only start in the spring when fourth at Randwick.
