Black Type for Tullamore Sister

Media Release - Sunday October 29

Well-related mare Grazia (NZ) (Savabeel), who was bought for $100,000 at the 2014 Premier Sale at Karaka, greatly enhanced her value with a Listed win in Saturday's $50,000 Christchurch Casino Spring Classic (2000m) at Riccarton.

SavabeelA full-sister to Brisbane Cup winner and Caulfield Cup placegetterTullamore(NZ), Grazia settled towards the rear of the field before powering clear in the straight to win by three and a half lengths with Sam Weatherley in the saddle.

Owned by the Te Akau Grazia Syndicate, Grazia has now had 17 starts for four wins, five placings and more than $66,000 in prize-money. With her quality pedigree and her name now written in black type, her value far exceeds that figure.
