Bred by Fairway Thoroughbreds, who also bred and sold champion racehorse Winx and Golden Slipper winner Vancouver through this very sale ring, the stylish filly was bought by Moody for a cool $1million.

“She’s a lovely filly from a very good breeder and the family is going to breed up, but more importantly she looks like a racehorse,” said Moody.

A lightly raced winning daughter of Lonhro, Darling Point was also bred by Fairway Thoroughbreds and is a half-sister to stakes-winner Dynasties from Group II winner Empress Rock, who comes from the family of world champion sprinter Silent Witness.

Darling Point was covered again by Snitzel last spring after missing the previous year.
