Newgate on the Board at Keeneland

Mark Smith - Wednesday November 9

With no Magnier or Yoshida on the leaderboard, it was a more sedate second session of the Keeneland November Sale.

Newgate Farm and SF Bloodstock entered the fray with the purchase of the stakes-placed Constitution mare Irish Constitution (Lot 403) for $310,000.

Carrying a positive test to the top-class Candy Ride (ARG), Irish Constitution is a half-sister to stakes-placed Wild ‘n’ Ready (More Than Ready), out of the hard-knocking D'wildcat mare D'wild Ride who numbered three stakes victories among her 12 wins and $620,000 in prizemoney.
