Winx is unbeaten in Victoria but has never raced at Flemington but will attempt to take her winning streak to 21 in the $500,000 event.

Winx is the sole Chris Waller-trained runner in the Turnbull Stakes entries, but Lloyd Williams's Macedon Lodge operation has nominated four horses for the race with nominations extended until 10am on Tuesday,

Macedon Lodge has nominated Amralah, Assign, Gallante and Sir Isaac Newton for the Turnbull Stakes but all bar Sir Isaac Newton are also among the entries for the Group III Bart Cummings (2500m).

Impressive Makybe Diva Stakes victor Humidor shapes as the toughest competition for Winx but last-start winner Harlem is also among the Turnbull Stakes entries.

Saturday's Flemington meeting also features the Group II Edward Manifold Stakes (1600m) for three-year-old fillies, the Group II Gilgai Stakes (1200m) for the sprinters and the Group II Blazer Stakes (1400m) for the mares.
