Trained by Simon Miller and ridden by Patrick Carberry, It’sarayday was a hot favourite and scored a stylish length and a quarter win over his stablemate Stay Safe.

The victory took his overall record to an impressive three wins and a second from four starts with prizemoney just shy of $130,000.

It’s Arayday is now second favourite for the Group II WATC West Australian Guineas (1600m) on November 20.

An $80,000 Inglis Classic purchase for his trainer from the Newgate Farm draft, It’sarayday was bred by SF Bloodstock and foaled and raised at Newgate.

He is the best of seven winners from seven foals to race out of Wild Soiree (USA), a half-sister by Fusaichi Pegasus to Group III winner Musidora, the dam of Group winners Tulip and Sacred Eye.

Wild Soiree has a yearling filly by Super One and has foaled this spring producing a colt by Tassort.
