End of Season – Champion Second and Third Season Sires

Tara Madgwick - Sunday August 1

The first of August marks the beginning of a new season and all the hard work of the previous 12 months is reflected in end of season sires tables with the second and third season divisions producing two new champion sires in Headwater and Deep Field.

Headwater

Vinery Stud’s Headwater has been a bit of a quiet achiever taking honours here from a competitive group of sires with not a great deal separating the top four in terms of winners and earnings.
