The progeny of Triple Crown hero American Pharoah (USA) have made a strong impression on Japanese breeders with his Coolmore owned French Group I winning son Van Gogh set to stand at East Stud on Hokkaido.
Trained by Aidan O’Brien, Van Gogh was rated the Champion 2YO Colt of Europe for 2020 scoring a career defining win in the Group I Sant-Cloud Criterium International and this year was third in the Group I Irish Two Thousand Guineas.

According the East Stud website, Van Gogh is due to be syndicated between 60 shareholders, while a stud fee will be announced in due course.
American Pharoah is shuttling back to Coolmore Australia this spring at a fee of $49,500.
