Eddie Hirsch Acquires Woodside Park Stud

Media Release - Tuesday July 13

Eddie Hirsch has acquired Woodside Park Stud in Tylden, home to the renowned stallions, Foxwedge, Rich Enuff and Tosen Stardom.
 
In 2019, Mr Hirsch purchased and subsequently redeveloped Woodside Park’s thoroughbred training complex in Tylden, which was renamed Hirsch Park and has been operating since late 2020.
 
“I’m thrilled to have both my racing and breeding businesses now based in Tylden. All the current Woodside Park Stud staff will remain part of our team and we are excited for a prosperous future in the stud business.”

He was a Gr. 1 winning sprinter and is now a proven sire having produced 22 stakes-winners (11 since arriving at Woodside two years ago) with 5 at Gr. 1 level including Lunar Fox, Foxplay, and Volpe Veloce.

Rich Enuff will stand this season for $8,800 inc. GST (pay on live foal)
Written Tycoon’s highest rated son with a timeform rating of 125. He has produced unbeaten guns, Dosh and Orbisyn, to run this Spring. 

Tosen Stardom

Tosen Stardom will stand this season for $7,700 inc. GST (pay on live foal)
Dual Gr.1 winning son of Deep Impact, who was a 3-million-dollar yearling and unbeaten Group-winning 2YO. His eldest progeny are yearlings.
