Another Winner for Dandino

Sponsored Content - by Tara Madgwick - Monday June 21

Featured in a recent Breednet story, former classy stayer and now promising sire Dandino (GB) posted his fourth winner over the weekend.

The Karen Lunn trained three year-old filly Dancin’ Dude cast off maiden status with an easy victory over 1600m at Coonamble on Sunday scoring by nearly two lengths.

Two other runners for Dandino on Sunday also showed promise.

Logan McGill had a first starter at Ballarat, Bold As A Button, that was backed from $80 into $40 and just missed running 3rd in a 1200m maiden.

Another debutante, Shine and Dandy had no luck at Bendigo, caught three and four wide the trip, but still beat a few home prompting her trainer Danny O'Brien to say "Great run and if I am doing my job properly, he is a top three certainty with a realistic winning chance next start in the right race."

An elite performer by champion sire Dansili, Dandino had 37 starts and won or placed in 18 Group/Stakes races racing in seven countries, a glowing testament to his attitude and adaptability, which are highly desirable traits he is passing onto his progeny.

Dandino

Dandino stands at Bombora Downs at a fee of $5,500 and for those breeders seeking to produce a stayer of the future he represents great quality and value.
