J'NINE'S DELIGHT has also returned in good nick & she's got an early prep win in her. Former mainland mare PEREZ ran an encouraging Tassie debut. BONJOUR BELLE seems to be ticking over Ok. MONTY ZUMA's debut wasn't too bad a run & Brendon McCoull sticks.
Race 1 tips - 1st: JUST SUZIE (5), 2nd: WOOHOO (9), 3rd: J'NINE'S DELIGHT (12), 4th: PEREZ (6).

Race 2 summary - Plenty of chances. Former NSW-trained mare ROSOVER looks ready to open her Tassie account. The lightly-raced HE'S TOUGH ENOUGH has an early career win beckoning. PHAR WORD is another ready to win. OM NOM just keeps on running the good race. SHIVIDA has come back in great nick & Brendon McCoull hops on here. IRISH JEFF, MOORCROFT & AKBAR JAY can make an impact.
Race 2 tips - 1st: ROSOVER (7), 2nd: HE'S TOUGH ENOUGH (2), 3rd: PHAR WORD (8), 4th: OM NOM (6).

Race 3 summary - A couple stand-out here. LONHWAN is right down in grade here off a BM82 start against the likes of I'm Wesley. NORDIC THUNDER won first-up like he's got more to come. GUCCI GUCCIMO has come good. PURPLE RIDER has to take the next step off the Maiden success yet the blinkers going back on looks a positive manoeuvre. SNOWING SUN, MOSH OPERA & GEE GEES CRICKET can make an impact.
Race 3 tips - 1st: LONHWAN (3), 2nd: NORDIC THUNDER (5), 3rd: GUCCI GUCCIMO (7), 4th: PURPLE RIDER (1).

Race 4 summary - Plenty to choose from here. KYOGLE SON is flying. CHARLEMAGNE'S GIRL is another coming into this spiking big time. ARICONTE is having a good prep. EPISODES could bounce back off a flat second-up run. METEOR STRIKE has come back in good nick & Brendon McCoull hops on. VENGEANCE OF FURY resumes off a long break but has won his trial into this & they should aim-up. A blow-out result wouldn't surprise.
Race 4 tips - 1st: KYOGLE SON (1), 2nd: CHARLEMAGNE'S GIRL (11), 3rd: ARICONTE (3), 4th: EPISODES (6).

Race 5 summary - The race has to pan out for KING'S SPIRIT but he may've found the right race to pounce here. WILLBY RULES is looking for his fourth straight win. WANAEA could spring a surprise with the blinkers & new rider going on. TARA'S GEM, GALLOW GATE & UNDERPLAY can make an impact.

Race 6 summary - We loved the way AIN'T THE WHISKY won last start & she'll be hard to beat again. STEEL DAN also won in clear cut style last time. MISS BLUEGRASS is back in distance off an 1880m success yet she's nice & fresh & could descend late again. BELROCK BOY has to take another step here.

Race 7 summary - We're thinking HUSHAMA is ready to pounce after turning a big corner last start. Big watch on mainlander ROBBO THE BOLD. INTO THE NIGHT can grind out another tough win. VALERIUS always puts in. DALEHILL has come good. VIVRE STAR has to take another step here yet Anthony Darmanin sticks. TOAKIO TOWER's run was inconclusive last start after she scored an overdue win before that. We wouldn't be surprised if the enigmatic KOMPRESSOR run a big race.
Race 7 tips - 1st: HUSHAMA (5), 2nd: ROBBO THE BOLD (1), 3rd: INTO THE NIGHT (2), 4th: VALERIUS (3).
