South African Winner Brings an Easter Update

Three year-old Hussonet (USA) filly Alice Springs added a third win to her tally when saluting at Vaal in South Africa on Tuesday, bringing a timely pedigree update for her yearling half-brother headed to the Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale for Arrowfield.

A $60,000 Inglis Premier purchase for Form Bloodstock from the Arrowfield draft, Alice Springs is the first winner for brilliant South African stakes-winner Alexandra Rose (SAfr), who won the Group II Greyville Golden Slipper among her five wins.

The daughter of Caesour is based at Arrowfield for Team Valor and her current yearling, a colt by Snitzel will be offered as Lot 270 at Inglis Easter next month.

Alexandra Rose has a filly foal by Dubai World Cup and Kentucky Derby winner Animal Kingdom (USA) and is now back in foal to the same sire..
