Sad Passing of Alan Harris

Holbrook Stud’s Julie Harris has revealed that her father Alan Harris passed away suddenly last Friday at the age of 91.Alan Harris passed away aged 91

One of the true legends of the sport and a true gentleman in every respect, Alan along with his wife Madge was a fixture at the Inglis sales over many years and had a close friendship with the late John Inglis.

The Holbrook brand dates back over 150 years when it was the last stop in the Widden Valley.

The family has revealed that due to the current situation there will be a private cremation and will have a memorial service at a later date when things have improved.
