All Time Legend Salutes at Warwick Farm

Tara Madgwick - Monday April 13

Hong Kong based Legend Racing was the third biggest buyer at last week’s Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale signing for nine horses for a total of $4,325,000 and their colours were carried to victory at Newcastle last Saturday by Madam Legend and again at Warwick Farm on Monday by progressive three year-old All Time Legend.

Trained by Les Bridge as is Madam Legend, All Time Legend was a short priced favourite in the 1600m Benchmark 70 event and under a positive ride from Kerrin McEvoy scored a long neck win.

The Zoustar colt went forward from the gate to sit just behind the leader and was strong to the line on the heavy ground to post his second win from four starts.

All Time Legend was a $300,000 Inglis Easter purchase“Les has done a brilliant job with this horse,” said Carmel Size, who manages the bloodstock interests of Legend Racing’s Bon Ho.

“He can be a but of a time bomb, a very hot horse, but he’s a work in progress.

“I’d like to give him a little break now and then look towards the spring.”

A $300,000 Inglis Easter purchase from the Woodside Park Stud draft for Carmel Size Racing, All Time Legend is a full brother to smart metro winner Star Fall and is the second winner from stakes-winning Kendargent mare Snow Bell (Fr).
