Winx and Redzel memorabilia up for charity auction

Media Release - Wednesday December 11

Following on from a hugely successful fundraising campaign throughout November, Triple Crown are now offering the chance to secure some priceless racing memorabilia, with all proceeds going towards our charity fundraiser for the McGrath Foundation.

In an online auction hosted by ebay, there are two opportunities to become the proud owner of a tribute to a pair of horses whose achievements saw their names forever etched into racing’s history books.

Available to take home is a limited edition print of Winx - the unprecedented four-time Cox Plate winner and Australia’s equine sweetheart – signed by her world-renowned jockey Hugh Bowman.

Also up for grabs is a unique photo montage of Triple Crown’s dual Everest winner Redzel, tastefully assembled in a frame which includes a set of silks signed by his three-time Melbourne Cup winning jockey Kerrin McEvoy – the man who partnered Redzel to his two Everest triumphs.

Both pieces are pictured above and would take pride of place in the home of any racing fanatic. To find out more or to register a bid, please click below!

This auction follows hot on the heels of our switch to the pink silks for the entirety of November which, combined with Military Zone’s seventh place finish in the inaugural $7.5 million Golden Eagle, helped to raise a total of $15,935 for the McGrath Foundation.
