Race 1 summary - D'LAST ZA is the one to beat. He has been runner up in his past three starts. That form has been franked and has the rails draw. OUR TROLLEY DOLLY was placed at Taree when resuming. Strips fitter, just needs luck from the draw. LOVER IN FLIGHT has placed in her past three starts. Harder here but gets in light after the claim. Keep JESS DA DASH safe on debut. She was placed in a recent trial.

Race 2 summary - LONGTGA just missed at Lismore on debut. He will have come on from that run and has drawn well. ESCAPADO resumes for a new trainer. He only has to bring his provincial form here. LAKSHME hasn't been far away in stronger company. Gets his chance back in this grade from the rails draw. BLAKE STREET has placed tow from four this time in next best.
Race 2 tips - 1st: LONGTGA (5), 2nd: ESCAPADO (2), 3rd: LAKSHME (4), 4th: BLAKE STREET (1).

Race 3 summary - ALMAS is close to a win after placing in his past two starts. MISS REDOBLE makes her debut after winning a Newcastle trial. Has to be included. FIRST FAMILY was placed at Grafton when resuming. Strips fitter and out to the 1200m suits. HEAVEN HELP ME was placed at Ballina on debut. Drawn well and gets the blinkers for the first time.
Race 3 tips - 1st: ALMAS (2), 2nd: MISS REDOBLE (7), 3rd: FIRST FAMILY (3), 4th: HEAVEN HELP ME (6).

Race 4 summary - DORAWIN is racing consistently. She won here two back. Gets in well after the claim, just needs luck from the draw. MALMOOSA had no luck at Lismore when resuming. Out to the 1400m suits, can atone. OH NO NOT AGAIN broke through at Taree last start, can win again. ASLAN'S MOJO hasn't been far away in two runs back from a long spell. Ready to improve.
Race 4 tips - 1st: DORAWIN (4), 2nd: MALMOOSA (6), 3rd: OH NO NOT AGAIN (8), 4th: ASLAN'S MOJO (11).

Race 5 summary - Even race with plenty of winning chances. SURF COAST peaked on his run here two back before having no luck at Taree. This looks ideal. CILLA resumes for a new stable. She ideally wants further but the 1600m fresh suits. BONCOSTA was placed here two back over 1200m. Peaks here after three runs back from a spell and out to the mile suits. HOPE ISLAND for the wider exotics.
Race 5 tips - 1st: SURF COAST (3), 2nd: CILLA (1), 3rd: BONCOSTA (2), 4th: HOPE ISLAND (8).

Race 6 summary - Good race. REDWOLF resumes. He has a decent fresh record and drops back in grade. DREAMALINA is a five time winner at the trip. Gets all the favours from the rails draw. CHILLI ZAIM is much better suited back in this grade. He found last start too strong but was going well prior, right in this from the good draw. If HOTEL DRIVE is ready to go here first up he can challenge these.
Race 6 tips - 1st: REDWOLF (5), 2nd: DREAMALINA (6), 3rd: CHILLI ZAIM (3), 4th: HOTEL DRIVE (4).

Race 7 summary - NORTHERN KNIGHT is the one to beat. He has looked impressive winning both of his starts. Has plenty of scope for improvement. FERNIEHIRST was placed at Grafton when resuming. She is unbeaten this track/dist and maps well. PRINCESS LOTTIE has won both starts this time in. Harder here but continues to take the next step. EDDIE WOULD GO is rarely far away. Gets his chance here down on the minimum from the good draw.
Race 7 tips - 1st: NORTHERN KNIGHT (2), 2nd: FERNIEHIRST (5), 3rd: PRINCESS LOTTIE (6), 4th: EDDY WOULD GO (11).
