Three to follow from the Caulfield jumpouts July 25

Brad Waters - Wednesday July 26

Unraced and inexperienced horses comprised the bulk of the runners engaged in the six heats at Caulfield on Tuesday morning but there could be a few nuggets to follow in the next few weeks.

ALL TOO ROYAL

All Too Royal is impeccably bred being a son of All Too Hard out of the Group I winner Bel Mer but might not have been ready to perform at his best in his maiden campaign in which he finished fourth to the smart Ducimus on debut then battling behind the same horse down the Flemington straight before a spell. He jumped out at Caulfield on July 11 before a solid effort on Tuesday. He settled off the pace before rolling four-wide and working home soundly under no pressure to win the heat. Expect him to turn in improved performances this time in with the benefit of more time to develop.
Career record (2:0-0-0).

SWEET SATIN

Sweet Satin is an unraced daughter of Rothesay that will make her debut for the Robert Smerdon stable in the next few weeks. She has had a bit of practice in jumpouts in a couple of preparations this year but Sweet Satin did well in her latest effort over 800m. Her rider was happy to let her bowl along off the speed before easing her into the clear to improve at the 200m. She quickened well once she saw clear running and made late ground easily to finish fourth in her heat. She might be able to show something when she gets to the races soon.
Career record (unraced).

BAM

His name is short and sweet but he might have a bit of ability. Young trainer and former top jockey Nick Ryan has given this bloke a couple of jumpouts before Tuesday's effort but Bam showed he was ready to go to the races when he finished off well. The son of All American relaxed well before striding home nicely out wide under little pressure. Ryan could find a nice little country maiden for Bam in the next few weeks with a winning result.
Career record (unraced).
