Josh Adams has been suspended for failing to ride out his mount the final event at Warwick Farm on Wednesday.
Adams was charged with sitting up on Tenorino ($9.50) two strides before the line when beaten a half head into third by He's A Given ($14) in the TAB.com.au Benchmark 79 Handicap (1400m).

The suspension begins on Sunday August 27 and he will be free to return riding on Saturday September 2 which means Adams will retain his ride on Happy Clapper in the Group II Tramway Stakes at Randwick on September 2.
