Deep Field is finishing the racing season with a flurry of winners including promising gelding Go Deep, who added to the tally with a dominant win at the Sunshine Coast on Sunday.

Deep FieldSent out a hot favourite following an unlucky second on debut at the same venue earlier this month, the Darryl Hansen trained youngster tracked the leader and powered clear to win the 1000 metre scamper by more than two lengths.

Go Deep was a $70,000 Magic Millions purchase for his trainer from the Noorilim Stud draft and was a successful pinhook having been bought for $50,000 from the Newgate Farm draft at the Magic Millions National Weanling Sale the year before.

Go Deep is the first winner from Que Cee, a winning half-sister to Group II winner Court Command.

Go Deep is the 21st winner for Northern Meteor's outstanding son Deep Field, whose offspring are headed by Group winners Dig Deep and Cosmic Force

Deep Field is fully booked at a fee of $44,000.
