Stunning early catalogue as Easter Preview launched

Siblings to the likes of The Autumn Sun, Merchant Navy, She Will Reign, Brazen Beau and Lankan Rupee headline a stunning early catalogue for the 2019 Australian Easter Yearling Sale.

The catalogue for the jewel in the crown of the southern hemisphere's yearling sale season is taking shape, with the release of the annual Inglis Easter Preview Magazine.

Among the almost 500-strong early catalogue are 42 siblings to Group 1 winners and progeny of 35 Group 1-winning mares.

Early headline acts include siblings to The Autumn Sun (Not A Single Doubt three-quarter brother) Merchant Navy (full brother), Shoals (a Medaglia d'Oro half brother to this year's $2.3m sale topper), Brazen Beau (full brother), Lankan Rupee (Fastnet Rock three-quarter brother), Jon Snow (full sister), Unforgotten (No Nay Never half brother), Catchy (Pierro half sister), Dundeel (Redoute's Choice half brother), Ivictory (Reset half brother), She Will Reign (Time For War half sister), Shamus Award (Wandjina three-quarter brother) and Pinot (Written Tycoon half brother).

All the sought-after stallions are represented - Snitzel, Fastnet Rock, I Am Invincible, Redoute's Choice, Sebring, Pierro and Written Tycoon to name just a few, plus a strong international flavour including the likes of Lord Kanaloa, Deep Impact, Frankel and Tapit.

The 2019 Australian Easter Yearling Sale will be held at Riverside Stables from Monday April 8 until Wednesday April 10.
