Moonee Valley Welcome Breeders to the Track

Media Release - Tuesday November 20

TR Equine Solutions and Moonee Valley Racing Club have identified the need to support the Victorian breeding industry and its loyal and dedicated participants, so have come up with a new and innovative plan to bring together breeding and racing.

Through consultation with a number of studs, large broodmare farms and small breeders, Moonee Valley Racing Club is striving to make The Valley – The Breeders Track!

Therefore, at The Valley, the official breeder as named in the racebook will receive two members passes when their horse races, available at the race day office.

To celebrate and launch the concept and the new ticketing privileges, MVRC will be holding the first Victorian Breeder's Raceday to on Saturday 1st December 2018.

It will be a day all about the breeder and the Victorian breeding industry.

Breeders will be recognised on course, and in the racebook at a special hospitality event to be held in MVRC's JR's Bar with all-day canapés and premium beverages included for only $95. This will be open to all breeding participants, employees, friends and families to attend.

MVRC have provided the opportunity for naming rights of up to 5 races to be owned by breeders on the day and further information regarding this feature can be found attached. What a great way to support this concept by highlighting your brand on course.

We believe that The Valley has always been a racetrack enjoyed by the Victorian breeding community for a night out off the farm, a networking opportunity or chance to catch up with friends, conveniently located to the North East Breeding region.

It's time that the dedication and passion within the industry is acknowledged and celebrated and MVRC welcomes breeders back to the track.
