Stud have announce the sad passing of their prolific winner-getter Zariz, who
died on Sunday of a suspected heart attack at age 21.
"Zariz covered two mares the previous day and was in wonderful condition, so
his death has come as a great shock us all," said Stud Principal Stuart Lamont.
Zariz was still producing city class horses and his progeny earnings top
$18million in prizemoney with highlight horses being Lazer Sharp, Shiraz and Zaratone.
