Aquis
shuttler Dream Ahead (USA) is the sire of progressive four year-old Tornibush,
who claimed his biggest win when taking out the he Group III Prix dup Pin at
Longchamp on Sunday.
Already a Listed winner, Tornibush upped the ante to win this 1400 metre sprint
by half a length taking his overall record to six wins from 14 starts.
Like so many of Dream Ahead’s stakes-winners, Tornibush is bred from a Danehill
line mare being from Celenza, a half-sister by Dansili to Group I winner
Vadamos (Fr), now standing at stud in New Zealand.
A champion sprinter, completely free of Danehill blood, Dream Ahead stands at
Aquis in the Hunter Valley at a fee of $16,500.
