With progeny earnings for the current season approaching $1,5 million and taking his total progeny earnings worldwide to $9,89 million, Host continues to supply a steady stream of winners at an impressive rate.

 

Recent winners include: the highly promising Eduardo, a debut winner at Moe over 1100m on the 18th of June by 6 lengths, then took that form to Sandown on the 4th of July , leading all the way over 1300m to win by 3.25 lengths.making it two runaway wins from 2 starts.

 

HostLa Chica Bella winning at Rosehill and Randwick in June and July taking her record to 5 wins and over $204,000.

 

Inn Keeper won at Caulfield on the 12th of May and followed up winning the Gold Topaz (1200m) at the Swan Hill Carnival on the 8th of June, bringing his record to 7 wins and one 2nd from 9 starts.

Inn Keeper will run in the Sir John Monash Stakes Gr 3 on the 14th July again at Caulfield.

 

Host also enjoyed sale ring success in 2018 with only two yearlings offered (in Adelaide). Both sold, a colt for $62,500 and a filly for $30,000.
