Hinch 2YO Winner Salutes for the Girls

Tara Madgwick - Wednesday June 13
Bought for $260,000 by Spicer Thoroughbreds at the Magic Millions from the Milburn Creek draft, two year-old Hinchinbrook filly Bubbles'n'troubles was syndicated to an all woman group of owners and while they didn't make it to the Magic Millions 2YO Classic it would appear they do have a very nice filly going forward.

Bubbles'ntroubles as a yearlingBubbles'n'troubles drew the outside in the field of 12, but showed good speed from the gates to take up a position, albeit out wide, and forged clear to win the fillies 1200 metre maiden by a length and a half.

She continued an exceptional run of success with juveniles for her sire Hinchinbrook, who has now posted 14 two year-old winners this season including Group I ATC Champagne Stakes winner Seabrook.

Bubbles'n'troubles is a half-sister to stakes-placed Four Floors and is the fourth winner from Riverina (USA), a half-sister by Irish River to Group III winner Far Lane.

She was a successful pinhook having been sold first as a weanling at the Inglis Great Southern Platinum Session for $100,000.

A three-quarter brother to champion sire Snitzel, Hinchinbrook stands at Yarraman Park this spring at a fee of $55,000.
