Newhaven Inglis Easter Yearlings Have That Winning Glow

Owned and run by the Kelly family, Newhaven Park is one of those prolific stakes producing vendors that is rarely without a star performing graduate and for this farm it’s undoubtedly unbeaten superstar three year-old filly Autumn Glow.

Bred and sold by Newhaven Park as a weanling for $600,000, she was pinhooked into the Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale by Silverdale Farm and duly topped the sale in 2023 when selling for $1.8million.

Four brilliant wins from four starts will see her start favourite in the $1million Group II ATC Arrowfield Sprint (1200m) on Saturday when this Chris Waller trained rising star will take on the colts.

Newhaven Park have a select draft of eight for Inglis Easter and the Snitzel filly from Newhaven Park’s Champion 2YO and 3YO Filly English is an obvious pedigree standout.

Offered as Lot 356, she is the third foal of dual Group I winning $3.5million earner English and is bred on the exact same Snitzel x Encosta de Lago cross as this year’s Golden Slipper winner Marhoona and three more G1 winning juveniles in Sword of State, Invader and Summer Passage.
