Avdulla is currently on holiday following a career-best season in which he had the jockeys' premiership snatched from his grasp late in the piece by Hugh Bowman.

Trekking has looked impressive winning a barrier trial and exhibition gallop this time in, as he prepares for the Listed Rosebud (1100m) on Saturday.

The Rosebud is set to feature a number of other Golden Rose hopefuls, including Menari, Diamond Tathagata and Siege Of Quebec.

Newly appointed Godolphin head trainer James Cummings has used a variety of Sydney jockeys since his tenure began last month, including Glyn Schofield, Tommy Berry, Josh Parr, Kerrin McEvoy, Corey Brown, and Tye Angland as well as Avdulla.
