$250,000 MM Victoria 2YO Classic- Sale Mail

It was a fillies trifecta in the $200,000 Wyong Magic Millions 2YO Classic on Wednesday and now the MM focus switches to Caulfield on Saturday with the running of the $250,000 Magic Millions Victoria Classic (1100m) featuring a field of 11 maidens and eight are unraced.

Lindsay Park Racing have the best of the exposed youngsters with Cosmic Force colt Bacash finishing second in the Group III VRC Maribyrnong Plate to Tycoon Star after a debut fifth in the Listed MRC Debutant Stakes.

Scratched from Wyong in favour of this race, the Matt Dale trained Spirit of Boom colt Bombay Boom will test the strength of the Sydney form having made his debut with an eighth at Rosehill behind Magic Millions contenders The Playwright and Icarian Dream.

The Peter Moody and Katherine Coleman stable have three runners including Wise Inlaw, a $300,000 colt by first season sire Wootton Bassett (GB) from Group III winning Snitzel mare Sylvia’s Mother.

Wise Inlaw was a $300,000 MM purchase from Berkeley Park Stud.

I Am Invincible is also poised to play a role with the Kennewell/ Yeomans trained filly Invincible Woman, which was a Kennewell Racing/Group 1 Bloodstock (FBAA)/Race With Lizzie purchase so has respected 7 Horse Racing and Racing.com commentator Lizzie Jelfs in the ownership.

Invincible Woman was a $250,000 Magic Millions purchase from Widden Stud.

She is a sibling to two winners and is from stakes-placed Big Brown (USA) mare Showcase, a half-sister to Group III winner Disposition and grand-daughter of Group I winner Spectrum.
