A quality packed catalogue for the NZB Ready to Run Sale is now online and in the lead up to the sale we’ll go looking each week for some horses of interest that jump out on pedigree for various reasons and this week we’re looking hard at seven youngsters by a sire making headlines all over the world.

At the recent Tattersalls October Yearling Sale he sired the highest priced colt at 4.3million guineas reflecting the incredible surge in demand for his offspring and he has seven entries for this sale that have all breezed in sub 11 seconds – so who do you pick? 

 

 

Lot 39 colt from Group II placed Lazumba offered by Riversley Park. Half-brother to G3 placed Latino Blend and is from a grand-daughter of Group II winner Excited Angel.

 

Lot 94 gelding from Group I winner O’Marilyn offered by BMD Bloodstock. Half-brother to Group II winner O’President from a half-sister to Group I winners Headturner, Anacheeva and Group II winner Kroner.

 

Lot 151 colt from Runaway Jesse offered by Leanach Lodge. Half-brother to nine winners highlighted by Group III winners Of the Brave and Eloping, dam of dual Group I winning $5million earner In Secret.

 

Lot 191 colt from Group III winner Soubrettes offered by Phoenix Park. Half-brother to G3 placed Toscanini from the family of Group I winner Star Satire and current stake performers High Octane and I Am Unstoppable.

 

Lot 303 colt from Boudicea Belle offered by Kilgravin Lodge. Third foal of a winning half-sister to Group II winners Eurozone and Miss Marielle, the dam of Group I winner Peeping and stakes-winner France.

 

Lot 317 colt from Group I winner Charmont offered by Woburn Farm. Half-brother to a winner and first three dams all stakes-winners, second dam Martique a daughter of Group I winner Champagne.

 

Lot 327 colt from Ciarlet offered by Woburn Farm. Half-brother to two winners from a winning sister to dual Group I winning champion sire Zoustar.
