Juvenile Trial Watch – Warwick Farm

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday October 15

Two heats for juveniles at Warwick Farm on Tuesday morning and winners for champion sires I Am Invincible and Zoustar, both prepared by Mick Price and Michael Kent Jr.

I Am Invincible filly Chisholm again showed brilliant gate speed as she did in her first trial, but this time she was allowed to go on with it and strode clear to the line to win by a couple of lengths running a second quicker than her stablemate, Space Rider who won the next heat.

A $500,000 Inglis Easter purchase from Vinery for Kia Ora, Chisholm is a half-sister to Group III juvenile winner Hard Landing and Group III placed Saas Fee from Group I winning Snitzel mare Snitzerland.

Zoustar colt Space Rider was also having his second trial and was asked for a lot more this time and did everything right to kick away and then held off another Zoustar colt carrying the same colours in Hillier, who looked very nice in his first trial.

A $500,000 Magic Millions purchase from Mick Price Racing & Breeding Pty Ltd/TFI/Dermot Farrington Bloodstock, Space Rider is a full brother to Group III juvenile winner Brereton from Group III winner Fudddle Dee Duddle, who is a half-sister to the dam of $11million earner and multiple G1 winner Bella Nipotina.
