No Blue Diamond for Estijaab

Pre-post favourite Estijaab was not among the third declarations for next month's Group I Blue Diamond Stakes (1200m) at Caulfield.

EstijaabA $1.7m Inglis Easter purchase, Estijaab scored a dominant debut win for Hawkes Racing at Randwick on January 20 to shoot to the top of Blue Diamond Stakes betting.

The Snitzel filly was not among the 84 third acceptors for the Blue Diamond but Hawkes Racing still has six chances to win the 2018 edition of Victoria's richest two-year-old race, including Black Caviar's son Prince of Caviar.

Last Saturday's Blue Diamond Preview winner Long Leaf is one of 16 acceptors from the Lindsay Park stable while Tony McEvoy has 12 Blue Diamond Stakes contenders remaining.
