Metro Double for Russian Revolution

Russian Revolution will finish the season as a clear leader by winners and stakes-winners in the third crop sires division and his 110 winners include a pair of progressive three year-olds prepared by champion trainer Chris Waller that scored at Warwick Farm and Eagle Farm on Wednesday.

Unstopabull made a winning debut in early September at Kembla and followed with a couple of encouraging runs in two before a short break. He returned to the races in February and has had eight starts this year for two wins including today plus four placigns giving his owners a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Today was the icing on the cake as he powered to his best win yet, making light of the heavy ground to dash away and win the Benchmark 64 event over 1200m by six lengths.

A $180,000 Inglis Classic purchase for Waller Racing/ Mulcaster Bloodstock from the Hidden Valley Thoroughbreds draft, Unstopabull runs for a big group of owners and has banked over $124,000 in prizemoney with a very productive three year-old season.

Unstopabull was a $180,000 Inglis Classic purchase.

He is the first foal and first winner for eight time winning I Am Invincible mare Shoreline.

Making it a metro double for Russian Revolution was three year-old gelding Tannenberg, who scored over 1600m at his first run in Queensland for the Waller stable after winning his maiden at Canterbury last spring.

Russian Revolution has had a fee reduction this year and is priced at $66,000.
