Mixed Fortunes for Magic Millions Favourites at Barrier Draw

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday January 9

The favourites have had mixed fortunes with the barrier draw for this year'sMagic Millions 2YO Classic.

Leading hope Jonker drew a single figure barrier in three, while the Tony McEvoy-trained Sunlight was not as fortunate, drawing 15 and Ef Troop fared even worse with 18.

A bad barrier can be overcome as we saw last year when Houtzen jumped from 16 in the field of 16 and scored an easy win.

Below is the field with barriers for the 2018 Magic Millions 2YO Classic
