Eureka Stud is excited to offer Group I performed Extreme Choice son Don Corleone to Queensland breeders this spring.
From this most elite of emerging sire lines, Don Corleone was the highest priced sales horse by his sire in 2021, being purchased for $650,000 as a foal.
He backed up his exceptional physique as the fastest colt at the Sydney first 2YO trials and then followed up on race day. Don Corleone’s first appearance at the races was at Randwick where he impressively won on debut the same race as Golden Slipper winners Stay Inside and Estijaab.
Performing in every major Australian 2YO Group I sprinting contest, Don Corleone was unfortunate not to win the Blue Diamond when being eleventh at the 200m mark after being held up in running to flash home for second place. He again finished second in the ATC Sires Produce behind triple Group I winner Militarize and in front of subsequent G1 winners Cylinder and Veight.
He was also a gallant fourth in the ultimate 2YO contest, the Golden Slipper, behind Shinzo, Cylinder and King’s Gambit, who are all at stud in the Hunter Valley this spring.
After returning as a 3YO with two fast finishing placings including in the Group II VRC Danehill Stakes at Flemington, Don Corleone was retired after sustaining a foot injury in his last campaign with earnings of $971,450.
A genuine talent with X-factor and the looks, Don Corleone is priced to please at $13,200 inc GST *No Foal Refund… an offer you can’t refuse!
The leading Australian sire of 2YO winners last season, and Top 5 for winners overall, Spirit of Boom maintains his tremendous proven profile with 72% winners to runners and over 7% stakes horses.

Spirit of Boom has now thrown stakes winners in every crop to race and after covering another full book of mares last season, Spirit of Boom will stand once again in 2024 at $38,500 inc GST *No Foal Refund
Second only to Justify (USA) in the 2023 Australian First Season Sires table, Encryption successfully took out honours of the title in Queensland.
His progeny are headed by dual Group II winning 2YO sprinter Cifrado and Group III BRC Grand Prix winner Encoder. A great feat to have produced two Group winners in his first crop and over both sprinting and staying trips.
The regally bred Encryption is by Champion sire Lonhro and is the first foal out four-time Group I winner and Champion 3yo filly GUELPH. As a racehorse Encryption had it all… precocity, Group 1 performance, and a phenomenal turn of foot.
With his oldest just 3 years old, Encryption enters his sixth year at stud in 2024 at a fee of $11,000 inc GST *Pay On Live Foal
