He’s the best stallion in Western Australia and statistically one of the best in the country so Darling View Thoroughbreds have announced a deserved increase for their flagship sire Playing God.

After covering books of 100 plus mares for the past three seasons as his fee has continued to rise, Playing God will stand this year for $49,500 inc/ GST up from $33,000 last year.

Playing God runs at 70% winners to runner and a super impressive 10.2% SW to runner and this season has sired seven stakes-winners headed by his Group I winner Bustler.

He has also hit new highs in the sale this year with 39 yearlings averaging $119,423 at the Perth Magic Millions and he provided the top lot at that sale when his filly from Cosmah Domination sold for $625,000 to Sheamus Mills Bloodstock.

Splintex stands at $11,000 and will have his first yearlings selling in 2025.

Playing God stands with associate sires Splintex and Lightsaber, who remain at the same fees as last year $11,000 and $6,600 respectively.
