Juvenile Trial Watch – Warwick Farm

There were five heats for juveniles at Warwick Farm on Friday and two of them were won by unraced youngsters sired by Everest hero Yes Yes Yes.

The Marc Conners trained Yes Yes Yes filly Shezasiren was having her first trial in a new prep and is now two for two at the trials after leading all the way for Zac Lloyd to win by more than a length.

Shezasiren is a half-sister to five other winners from imported stakes-winner Siren’s Song.

 

Chris Waller trained Yes Yes Yes to win an Everest, so would be the logical candidate to get one of this breed going and Let’s Go Barbie looks to have taken good improvement from her summer spell. She had two quiet trials last year, but looked ready get on with things now in cruising clear to win by more than a length.

 

A homebred for Rockingham Thoroughbreds, Let’s Go Barbie is the first foal of Group III placed Pierro mare Gaytatri, who traces back to NZ Horse of the Year Tycoon Lil with the family producing Australian Group II winner Daisies and stakes-winner Zou Tiger.

Additional winners were: Cashaway Gold (Tassort), Prorata (Pierata) and Megastar Heart (Star Turn).
