Three
year-old High Chaparral (IRE) colt Doyles broke his maiden with an easy win at Kenilworth
in South Africa on Saturday.
Trained by Joey Ramsden, Doyles improved on placings at his first two starts to
win the 1600 metre maiden by more than two lengths as favourite.
A $180,000 Inglis Premier purchase from the Eliza Park International draft for
Mayfair Speculators, Doyles was bred by Robert Crabtree and is a half-brother
to Group I ATC Vinery Stud Stakes winner Mirjulisa Lass.
He is the sixth winner and last foal of Dol, who died in 2015.
