New Zealand’s champion sire Savabeel needs no introduction and for his legion of Australian fans there is an exciting opportunity coming up at Magic Millions with Newhaven Park set to offer the first yearlings by his Champion 2YO Cool Aza Beel, whose two year-old full brother Cool ‘n’ Fast is favourite for this year’s Karaka Million.

A fast and precocious juvenile that won his debut in September in the famed Te Akau tangerine silks, Cool Aza Beel ended his career as the dominant two year-old of his generation with wins in the Karaka Million and Group I Sistema Stakes.

Given the success of Cool Aza Beel it was no surprise to see David Ellis pay $340,000 at K1 last year for his full brother and Cool ‘n’ Fast is cut from the same cloth scoring an impressive debut win at Pukekohe on Boxing Day that has seen him installed as the top choice for this year’s Karaka Million.

A Savabeel that can sprint is a formidable force as we have seen in Australia with $10.7million earner I Wish I Win, so there will be tremendous interest in the first offspring of Cool Aza Beel, who has 19 entries for Magic Millions, the majority to be offered by Newhaven Park with highlights below:
