King finished fourth aboard Gary Portelli's Puppet Master in the Pluck@Vinery Handicap (1100m) won by Piracy before she was dislodged shortly after the winning post.

King walked back to the jockeys room but was stood down by the race club's doctor for the remainder of the program.

"I'm fine," King said. "I was just a bit winded."

"After talking to Gai (Waterhouse) she suggested I just take the rest of the day off. After something like that happens things can just snowball, so I think it is the right call.

"I'll be fine to ride tomorrow at Hawkesbury."

A stewards inquiry into the incident will be held after the final event at Warwick Farm on Wednesday.
