Australian bred three year-olds by More than Ready (USA) and Medaglia D'Oro
(USA) posted a winning double at Vaal in South Africa on Tuesday for the Mike
de Kock stable, both of them purchased from the Inglis Australian Easter

First to salute was More Than Ready filly Jazaalah, who won over 1000 metres by
a length at her second run having finished second on debut at the same venue
last month.
A full sister to Group I placed Huegill,
Jazaalah was bred and offered for sale by Turangga Farm fetching $310,000 at
Inglis Easter when snapped up by Shadwell Stud.
She is the fourth winner from South African Group I winner Trust Antonia
(SAfr), a sibling to two more South African Group I winners in Successful
Bidder and Gold Flier.
Trust Antonia was sold as part of the Inglis run Turangga Farm Dispersal
earlier this year fetching $100,000 to the bid of Avesta Bloodstock.
Making it a double was Medaglia D'Oro gelding Marmook, who scored his second
win from four starts when scoring over 1000 metres by a length and a half.
A $160,000 Inglis Easter purchase for Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al
Maktoum from the Corumbene Stud draft, Marmook is from Emissary, a daughter of
Group I winner Heart Ruler from the family of dual Group I winner Egg Tart.
