Juvenile Trial Watch – Deagon

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday October 31

The 2024 Magic Millions 2YO Classic  will come up quickly once the spring carnival finishes and a brilliant trial win for the sister to former star filly Outback Barbie will no doubt have her trainer Tony Gollan plotting a course to the lucrative juvenile feature in January.

A $300,000 Magic Millions purchase from the Eureka Stud draft for Harvey Black, Spirit of Boom filly Barbie’s Sister thrashed her rivals in a 650m scamper scoring by seven lengths.

Barbie’s Sister is a full sister to multiple stakes-winning $1.5million earner Outback Barbie and is the sixth foal of stakes-winner Pure Perfection, who has left another two metro winners from her three foals to race so far.
