Zabiari is the best of three winners from stakes-placed Duke of Marmalade mare Zaridiya, whose Group III winning grand-dam Zarkiya is a half-sister to the dam of Arc winning 2008 European Horse of the Year Zarkava, the dam of Group I winning sire Zarak.
Zabiari is the 37th stakes-winner for Wootton Bassett and is his fifth two year-old stakes-winner among 11 juvenile winners in the Northern Hemisphere this year.
Wootton Bassett looked fabulous at the recent Coolmore stallion parade and is priced this spring at $93,500.
